What Should I Do If My Order Arrives Damaged?

Please take a moment to inspect your delivery upon arrival. If you notice any external damage—whether to the packaging or the item itself—be sure to note it when signing for the shipment. If you suspect internal damage but cannot inspect the product at the time, mark the receipt with “suspected damage.”
